The Cyber Sign Company is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join our growing team in Northampton.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced sign-making professional who has a strong understanding of all aspects of sign production and wide-format digital print, and who is capable of managing the day-to-day running of a busy studio and production environment.

The role

Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the studio and production operation, including:

  • Managing the day-to-day workflow of the studio and production team
  • Sign making, assembly, finishing and installation
  • Wide-format digital printing and laminating
  • Vinyl cutting, application and finishing
  • Preparing and checking artwork for production
  • Operating and overseeing digital printing and finishing equipment
  • Planning production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Quality control and ensuring work is produced to a high standard
  • Managing materials, stock and production requirements
  • Supporting and developing junior members of the team
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers when required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

The person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience within the sign-making industry
  • Has strong knowledge of wide-format digital printing and finishing
  • Is confident across all stages of sign production
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Can organise workloads and manage competing deadlines
  • Is comfortable leading and supporting a small team
  • Has good technical and practical problem-solving skills
  • Can work independently and use their own initiative
  • Has good interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Is reliable, professional and hardworking

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW or other sign-making / design software.
  • A full UK driving licence.

The Cyber Sign Company is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Northampton.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design and a working knowledge of sign making and the sign production process. Experience within the signage, graphics or print industry would be highly advantageous.

The role

Working alongside our studio and production teams, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating artwork for a wide range of signage and graphic applications
  • Preparing artwork for digital print, vinyl cutting and production
  • Creating layouts, logos, vehicle graphics, signage and promotional graphics
  • Adapting and preparing customer-supplied artwork
  • Checking artwork for production accuracy and quality
  • Liaising with colleagues and customers regarding artwork when required
  • Working within production deadlines and managing multiple projects
  • Ensuring artwork is produced to a consistently high standard
  • Supporting the wider studio and production team when required

The person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has professional graphic design experience
  • Has a good understanding of sign making and print production
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye
  • Is confident preparing artwork for physical production
  • Can work accurately to deadlines
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality work
// Software experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of SignLab software would also be highly advantageous.
  • Experience with other sign-making, RIP or wide-format print software would be an additional benefit.

The Cyber Sign Company is looking for a Junior / Trainee Sign Maker to join our growing team in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the sign-making and graphics industry. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.

The role

Working alongside our experienced team, you will learn and assist with:

  • Sign making, assembly and finishing
  • Vinyl cutting, weeding and application
  • Digital printing and laminating
  • Preparing artwork and materials for production
  • Sign and graphic installation
  • General workshop and production duties
  • Using sign-making equipment and software

The person

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, hardworking and punctual
  • Practical and enjoys working with their hands
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills

Eagles Creative is looking for an experienced Embroidery Specialist to join our team at our Northampton premises.

We are looking for someone with practical experience in commercial embroidery and corporate workwear, together with knowledge of DTF printing and promotional products.

This is a hands-on role within a busy and varied creative production environment.

The role

Working as part of our production team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and operating commercial embroidery machinery
  • Preparing artwork and files for embroidery
  • Embroidering logos and designs onto corporate workwear and garments
  • Hoop preparation, garment positioning and thread selection
  • Checking finished work to ensure a consistently high standard
  • DTF printing and garment preparation
  • Working with a range of corporate clothing and promotional products
  • Preparing, packing and organising completed orders
  • Assisting with general production duties when required
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient working environment

The person

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous commercial embroidery experience
  • Understands corporate workwear and garment decoration
  • Has knowledge of DTF printing and heat application
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Can work accurately to deadlines
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple orders
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Is reliable, professional and hardworking
  • Has a practical, hands-on approach to production
