◢ About · Est. 2002

Twenty-four years.
Two workshops.

Cyber Signs started in 2002 with one vinyl cutter in a Northampton lock-up. Lee Eagles was wrapping vans and installing signs around town, and word of mouth did the rest — by 2008 everything had gone digital with our first large-format printer.

Today we run a 4,000 sq ft heated workshop at Moulton Park and a second site in Wheatley, Oxford. Same five people who were at the front of the queue a decade ago — plus a few new faces. We don't outsource the printing, the cutting, or the fitting. Ever.

The story

From a lock-up
to the Thames Valley.

2002
One cutter, one lock-up.
Lee starts wrapping vans and installing signs around Northampton. Word of mouth does the rest.
2005
First two fitters.
Demand outgrows one pair of hands and the first fitters come on board.
2008
Everything goes digital.
Print mad — our first large-format printer is installed and production moves in-house.
2012
Third move, larger premises.
A supermarket contract signage programme forces the next big expansion.
2015
The branding dept comes alive.
Embroidery machinery purchased — workwear and branded clothing join the line-up.
2019
Covid hit us hard.
Like many, reduced and part-time hours and some staff losses to get through it.
2023
Bounce back.
Grit and determination to succeed — the Oxford office opens and Cyber goes from strength to strength.
2026
Two workshops & counting.
Northampton and Oxford, a full in-house team, and still pushing for better every day.
2027
25 years — and Peterborough.
Our 25-year anniversary and the launch of Cyber Signs Peterborough. Loads to look forward to.

The Founder

Lee Eagles.
34 years in the game

// Self-employed since 19

With over 34 years in the signage industry and self-employed since the age of 19, I've built my business on hard work, resilience, and a genuine passion for what I do. Over the years, partners and staff have come and gone, each playing a part in shaping both myself and the company into what it is today. Those experiences have strengthened my values and reinforced the importance of loyalty, quality, and continuous growth.

I pride myself on being approachable and supportive — not only to my clients but to the team around me. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved together, and continue to achieve every day. That shared commitment is at the heart of everything we do.

My passion for success is reflected in the ongoing expansion of our Oxford site, which continues to grow day by day. I've never been one to stand still — I believe in going the extra mile, always pushing for better, and that's why our clients trust us time and time again.

We are a modern, forward-thinking sign company, driven by quality, precision, and a relentless attention to detail. We are our own toughest critics, because we believe our clients deserve nothing less than perfection. That mindset has defined us for over three decades — and it continues to drive us forward today.

Meet the team

The people
holding
all the tools.

No call centres. No middlemen. A small permanent crew between Northampton and Oxford — most have been here over five years.

Keeper of the abacus — he makes sure the books are in order. Pasq likes his holidays (evenly tanned), a snappy dresser who appreciates a decent carbonara and a well-maintained spreadsheet.

Paul

General manager

AKA Robbo — an industry veteran with 44 years in the world of sign and print, from manufacture through to sales and management. Very nearly famous for his tumbleweed gags, guaranteed to make you groan.

On the tools

Heads down.
Hard at it.

Every sign, wrap and install starts on the tools. Cut, fabricated, welded and fitted by our own crews across both workshops — Northampton & Oxford. Never outsourced.

How we work

Three rules.
Non-negotiable.

01
Premium vinyl. Always.
Calendared shrinks, lifts, and goes brittle. We don't keep any in either workshop.
02
Mock-ups, not guesses.
Every job is rendered onto a real photo of your vehicle or shopfront. Sign-off in writing.
03
In-house, end to end.
Survey, design, print, fit. One team, one bill, one phone number to call when you have a question.
